One of my favorite moments babysitting was a time the boy I was watching turned his behavior around all by himself. He was two and had a tendency of throwing bad fits. I worked with him to stop throwing his toys. I would put him in time out when he threw his fits. Slowly, the fits calmed down. He started recognizing when he was about to throw something. He began putting himself in time out. I taught him to calm down and go when he was ready to make good choices. His behavior drastically improved. I loved seeing him reach our goal.
