A little bit about me

Hi, My name is Wren! I grew up in Corvallis and am currently studying psychology at the University of Oregon. I have experience coaching children’s sports, teaching lessons in preschool, caring for children with special needs, and assisting with household chores (I always try to leave the home cleaner than I found it).
I am very flexible and understand the discretion of activities is up to the parents. However, I do have a love of learning. If your child needs extra help with math, phonics, emotional regulation, etc, I will happily assist with patience and without judgement. I enjoy nice days where I can go outdoors, but I also know sometimes nap or iPad time is necessary.
I grew up doing competitive sports, and am passionate about providing a safe, challenging experience for children. While being challenged is healthy for character development, regulating stress and pressure is important as well.
