The most important part about being a nanny is making sure the kids feel comfortable. Building a relationship with the kids is important because if their parents are not around it is my duty to insure they are safe and happy. Building a relationship with the parents is also important because if I am caring for their child they should feel comfortable with me, and be 100% that their babies are safe with me!
