More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

Growing up I went to a Sudbury School. Very Small, about 50-120 students depending on the year. It was Private, so ages K-12. It was a VERY close knit group at our school. On a Daily Basis I was interacting and dealing with ALL AGES old and young. From teaching, playing and just hanging out with all these age groups. I had friends up and down the age spectrum, was mentor and mentored. At times someone’s friend, at times someone’s “Big Buddy”. This was my School, my life, my experience, from age 8-18. And it has so much to do with the Man I am Today.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy taking them outside and playing, showing them how to enjoy nature! Walking the Dogs/playing with pets. Watching their favorite TV show! Multiple creative gymnastics when used as their occasional jungle gym 😂. Climbing, running, singing, dancing! Teaching them some of my own age appropriate interests when they show interest! And Reading ofc!

The most important part about being a nanny...

Listening and Understanding the Needs of the Child, being patient and fun! But knowing when to enforce boundaries and teaching the children how to do the same!

The most important part about being a nanny...

My Favorite was probably watching a lil buddy I used to babysit climb the small apple tree in his back yard. As we picked apples together, talked and I also got a few pelted at me or hit me from when he decided to see how many apples he could “pick” by shaking the tree 😂 Very Fond Memory! Best Apples I’ve ever had! 😊
