"Xiomari for any nanny or babysitting position. Over the years, she has cared for my son, and I can confidently say she is one of the most engaging, dependable, and compassionate caregivers I have had the pleasure of working with.
Xiomari has a natural ability to connect with children of all ages, from infants to preteens. She is playful, interactive, and incredibly creative, always finding meaningful ways to engage children based on their individual personalities and needs. Whether she is reading books, creating activities, encouraging imaginative play, or simply spending quality time with them, children naturally gravitate toward her warm and youthful spirit.
What makes Xiomari especially exceptional is her balance of kindness and assertiveness. She is patient and nurturing, yet she also knows how to appropriately redirect children during difficult moments or tantrums with calmness and confidence. She creates a safe, structured, and positive environment where children feel supported"

More About Me
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love doing fun art projects with kids, whether it’s painting or playing musical instruments. I also enjoy outdoor activities like playing soccer, which is one of my favorite sports.
My experience with special needs children...
I volunteered working with children with special needs, primarily supporting children with Down syndrome, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorders. This experience was especially meaningful to me, as I have ADHD myself and understand the challenges that can come with feeling misunderstood or different. I found great fulfillment in creating a supportive, positive environment where children could feel valued, encouraged, and understood. Through this work, I developed strong patience, empathy, communication, and interpersonal skills
The most important part about being a nanny...
I genuinely enjoy every moment spent working with children. Growing up with three siblings and regularly helping care for my younger siblings, ages 8 and 13, has given me extensive hands on experience supporting and engaging with children of different ages and personalities. Even outside of formal babysitting or volunteer work, caring for children has always been a natural part of my life. I love being around children because of their curiosity, kindness, and unique perspectives on the world. Watching them learn, grow, and develop confidence is incredibly rewarding to me. I find fulfillment in being a positive and supportive presence during such an important stage of their lives, and these experiences have strengthened my patience, compassion, communication , and leadership skills.

Live-In Full-Time Nanny Available in San Leandro, CA: Jayla B.
Hello, my name is Jayla Brown! I have professionally been in the Childcare field since I was 14 years old, working with children ages 3-12. Last year, I worked at Highland Elementary's ESY (extended school year) program last year, helping teacher's with their Special Education students ages 3-11.
I am a great listener, a strong communicator, and I currently have pending CPR & First Aid Certificates (they will be complete July 3rd).
I want to be a nanny because I love working with chiIdren. Caring for children is something that is very special to me, as I am an older sister, and an older cousin. I believe all children should be loved and cared for, no matter their physical or mental health, disabilities, or age.
My mother is a teacher and an After School Program Coordinator. Growing up, seeing her do her job has always inspired me and taught me how to communicate with children and parents.

Full-Time Child Care Provider Available in San Leandro, CA: Ariana P.
Hi! I’m Ariana — a warm, energetic caregiver with over eight years of experience supporting children from infancy through adolescence. I’ve worked as a teacher, childcare director, special‑needs program manager, and youth coach, and I love creating safe, happy, and engaging days for kids of all ages. Whether I’m caring for tiny babies, guiding toddlers through routines, or helping older kids build confidence, I bring patience, structure, and lots of fun to every moment. I enjoy making crafts, playing games, exploring outside, and cheering kids on as they try new things. I’m CPR/First Aid certified, trained in crisis prevention, and fluent in Spanish, so safety and communication are always part of our adventures. My favorite part of being a nanny is building trust, making kids laugh, and helping them grow in their own special way.
