A little bit about me

Hello. My name is Karen. I am a college student who has been blessed with multiple opportunities to work with children though out the years. I began my journey doing an Internship in high school which allowed me to gain basic job skills while learning to care for multiple children. Months after graduation I became a Nanny to a 3-month-old baby who I was able to watch grow into an amazing 3-year-old. Once I had completed that journey I became a teacher at a Preschool in Roseville. During my 5 year journey I have cared for children aged 3 months to 8 years old. My philosophy: I believe that children learn through play which is why they should be allowed to build, run, and create. I also believe in the importance of reading.
