One of my favorite nanny moments was when I helped a shy and quiet child come out of their shell. At first, they were hesitant to engage in activities, but after a few weeks of playing games, reading books together, and building trust, they started opening up. One day, they ran up to me, gave me a big hug, and excitedly told me about their day. Seeing their confidence grow and knowing I helped create a safe and loving space for them was truly rewarding. Moments like these remind me why I love working with children.
