Being a nanny means showing patience, consistency, and genuine care every day while also building trust with parents and maintaining open communication.

My experience with special needs children...

I have some experience working with children with special needs from my time at My Gym, where I supported classes that included children with a range of developmental and physical differences. Through this, I gained a basic understanding of how to adapt activities, offer patience, and create an inclusive environment. However, I want to be transparent that I am not yet fully comfortable taking on the complete responsibility of independently caring for a special needs child. I am always willing to learn, follow guidance, and support to the best of my ability, but I believe it’s important to ensure each child receives the care and expertise they need.
