I think the most important thing about being a nanny is having respect and boundaries with parents and creating a work bound that works for both, I may be young but I care for kids so much. It’s important make sure the kids feel comfortable and happy around you .

The last 2 kids I used to take care of I became very close to the family, I love those kids so much, I started taking care of them when I turned about 15 1/2 and I truly became so close to them that it’s was never a dull moment it all started when I was tutoring my next door neighbors daughter they are foreign from the country and it’s hard coming to a new place and starting from 0 with kids you don’t know the language perfectly and I understood that situation perfectly it happened with my family as well when I would do homework with my mom I couldn’t understand 1 word she would say and my mom tried her best always and the same thing was happening with the little girl I put my self in her shoes, she would get frustrated and cry because she didn’t understand nothing. Now I’m proud to say my little girl is doing way better in school understanding the language way better and speaking 3 languages fluently so proud of her and her parents !
