Having a good communication with the parents and being able on the same page when is comes to taking care of their child. Also having a great relationship with the child and being able to sympathize with the child and make sure they trust me.

My favorite part of nannying is being there for the cuddles when they just aren’t feeling well or if they just need quiet time. Also watching them discover new toys or things that they are interested in. Lastly, get about excited things they are interested about and I surprise them with it.
