The most important part of being a nanny, to me, is being someone a child can trust completely making them feel safe, seen, and genuinely cared for every single day. Kids pick up on consistency, and when they know you’ll always show up for them the same way, it builds a sense of security that shapes how they move through the rest of their world.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite memories is turning a rainy day into a full at-home ‘beach day’ for the kids towels on the floor, sunglasses on, music playing, snacks served like room service. They had no idea it was raining outside until hours later. Creating little moments of magic like that is what makes this work so rewarding.
