I took care of 4 special needs children and everyone was my favorite . 4 year old Zack that had trouble walking and speaking . 12 year old Mia she had trouble speaking but was the sweetest little girl . 16 Jerome he had Down syndrome but was the best singer you would ever hear. And 11 year old Tia she also had Down syndrome but that never stopped her from learning something new .
