The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite nanny moments was watching a preschooler I worked with grow in confidence over time. At first, they were very shy and hesitant to participate, but through encouragement, patience, and consistent routines, they began engaging more during activities and expressing themselves proudly. Seeing their excitement when they realized, “I can do this!” was incredibly rewarding and reminded me why I love working with children.
