Being that person that can make sure they can be kids but also make sure they try to be productive, attentive, and consistent.

I feel like it is so hard to pick one! Genuinely any moment when I see a child makes a connection, uses the things I or the parents taught them, expressed their big feelings or took a moment to process without reacting. Those are all great moments of growth and understanding that we are all human and are just trying our best. :)
