I work to the best of my ability to work and try to communicate and bond with the children as its best when working with them as it makes them more comfortable.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Caring and communicating with the kids and babies as its more important to understand where they're coming from when things go wrong or if they need some one to talk to about anything. Communication is also an amazing way to bond with the kids and babies.

My experience with special needs children...

My 4yr old nephew and my 5yr old and 4yr old nieces are special needs. Im learning as I go. Each moment i have with them is always different. The experience has been shocking and and kinda baffling at the same time. But it’s this little bubble of excitement and joy I get when I spend time with them. The excitement from experience different things in the weekends, the days, the hours, even the seconds that I spend with them. The joy from making them laugh and happy and them making me laugh and happy. It really do be beautiful moments and exciting and joyous, happy moments between all of us. Omg, they’re so funny when they shock and baffle each other into quietness with their moods, their choice of activities, their creativeness, their sudden outbursts, all of it just be funny and joyous. But there’s also a lot of things they can’t do. Theres things we are too afraid of letting them do in fear of them hurting themselves. Theres scary moments and joyous moments. I cherish & love all of it

The most important part about being a nanny...

I dont have a favorite nanny moment. I love all the children i have worked with. I dont make favorites out of them as all them are enjoyable moments for me. I wish to create more memories and moments with more kids, if possible.
