We're looking for an experienced nanny to become a trusted part of our family. Your primary focus will be our bright and curious 2-year-old while also engaging with our two older children (ages 7 and 10), who are more independent but enjoy meaningful interaction and activities.
We're seeking someone who approaches childcare with an educator's mindset—naturally incorporating language development, creativity, problem-solving, curiosity, and learning into everyday life through play, reading, music, art, outdoor exploration, and age-appropriate activities.
One of the most important qualities we're looking for is someone who understands that **gentle parenting is not permissive parenting.** We value caregivers with a strong understanding of child development who know children thrive through connection, emotional safety, and clear, consistent boundaries. We want someone who can calmly guide behavior, teach life skills, and hold age-appropriate expectations with patience and respect.
Our ideal nanny takes the time to understand each child's unique personality, temperament, strengths, and needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. We're looking for someone who doesn't simply supervise children, they mentor, teach, and help them grow emotionally, socially, and intellectually.
