The schedule is a little random and when my brother and family is unable to watch her, then I need someone to come to my home and watch her until I return home. Ideally somebody with a flexible schedule would be best. We mostly need help in afternoons and weekends.

I expect most of all care would be in our home or just outside, not sure a car is needed - I take off work to take them to appointments. They need help with snacks and lunch. I don't expect help with laundry or regular cleaning. Most interested in a caregiver that provides a safe, fun learning environment while I'm working down the hall :)
