First time parents searching for nanny for 3 month old son in Charlottesville. Both parents work remotely and will be home during the day. Ideal candidate will have background in early childhood development, previous nanny experience (3-5 years at min), have own means of transportation, and be CPR/First Aid certified. Forgive me, we are still figuring out our needs exactly! At present I would need someone to care for just my 23 month old for a few hours once or twice a week so that I can take the older two, and one other time perhaps with all three. We moved here from Richmond a few months ago and are still getting used to things here and meeting people, but being a single mom with no family or extra help- it's time to take things up a level! I used to nanny myself and worked with kids of all ages in a variety of settings for over 2 decades before also running a daycare at home when my kids were little so it's hard for me to break away sometimes. I'm interested in possible nanny share and also entertaining sitting either in our home or wondering if anyone does drop off etc.
