A little bit about us

Family of four seeking a long-term nanny/family assistant starting mid–late August. We have two kids (4.5 yrs F and 16 months M), both in daycare/preschool, so help is mainly mornings/evenings with a midday gap. Schedule: M–F [phone number hidden], plus Sat 9–2 (approx. 40 hrs/week guaranteed).
Duties: morning routines, school transport (family car), packing lunches, light housekeeping (tidying, laundry, dishwasher), simple meal prep, errands, and occasional bath/bedtime. Option to help with additional tasks (deep cleaning, cooking, shopping, admin, appointments) paid accordingly. Some flexibility needed when one parent travels.
Pay starts at $25/hr+ DOE, plus PTO (2 wks vacation, sick days, fed holidays). Requirements: strong references, CPR cert, clean driving record, background check/Trustline.

Here’s a sample daily schedule so you can see what the rhythm of the day looks like:

Sample Schedule:
• 6:45–8:45am: Morning routine, breakfast, school prep, drop-off
• Break
• 12:00pm-2:30 pm: Household laundry, household dishes, tidy the house, errands, groceries, meal prep
• 2:30 pm-4:00 pm: Pick up kids
• 4:00-5:00 pm: Dinner with activities (coloring, backyard play after dinner)
• 5:00-6:00 pm: Light tidying, prep for next day, child bedtime routines (dress in pajamas, bath)

Please note, this is a 32-hour schedule. We have additional hours available for date nights and over nights.

There is about 2-3 hours of driving per day for school pickup and drop off. We supply the car.
