We have a 4month old baby boy, both his mother and I work from home & need assistance dealing with him while we work. We are a married lesbian couple & are looking to find a nanny that will love our son as if he’s their own family. Job is part time & will be strictly located to being in the house with us. Our schedules usually fluctuate with 2 days off during the week, latest services will be needed is 6:30pm ET

The schedule listed is our summer schedule and I would need someone who is open to pick up during the school year which would change the times, not the days. I didn’t have the option to add this is the scheduling but i need to alternate weekend days twice a month. So the schedule listed would be week one, week 2 would be Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, week 3 would return to week one schedule, week 4 would alternate to week 2s schedule. Summer care would be light house cleaning (dishes, toys, etc), activities with her (swimming, movies, etc), giving her dinner, helping with homework if needed, and bed time prep while i work and go to the gym. I really need someone who is also open to occasional as needed care in addition to the set schedule. No pets.
