We are a loving, organized family in Arlington looking for a long-term nanny to join our home and care for our three young children. We're hoping to find someone dependable, warm, engaging, and proactive who is looking to build a lasting relationship with our family.

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Briceno Family with 1 Child
We’re looking for a nanny who can help us in the afternoons and evenings.
My daughter, Isabella Briceno, attends Washington International School and is entering Kindergarten. She’s a lovely, fun kid with a lot of personality—and a particular passion for Argentina!
We’re looking for someone fluent in both Spanish and English if possible. Isabella currently attends after-school, but we’d ideally like someone who could help in the afternoon, starting around 3–4pm (flexible) and staying until around 7pm, with some flexibility on the schedule.
Generally, we’d be looking for someone who can pick her up from school, spend time with her, and help keep things organized at home (but not cleaning/housekeeping). Ideally, we’d also love someone who is comfortable preparing a simple meal for Isabella when we aren’t available.
We’re looking for someone warm, reliable, and engaging who enjoys spending time with kids and could become a consistent part of our routine.

Child has multiple allergies and asthma, so non-pet owners and non-smokers are preferred, with a good sense of hygiene and cleanliness. Needs someone with valid driver's license. We value someone with patience, empathy and able to be firm yet respectful to a growing child's needs.

General working hours will around 8 am to 6 pm (exact hours to be agreed upon). Expected assistance will center around meal prep, going to the playground, diaper change, doing kids laundry, arts and crafts, and reading, light cleaning (picking up the toys, cleaning after meals with the child).
