We would prefer someone who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with dogs and who is CPR certified. Mom returns to work in October and dad works from home. We are hoping this person loves to get outside, do baby appropriate activities/play and is willing to help with baby chores while Aldo naps. For childcare needs we are looking for someone to do school drop offs on late start school dates every other Friday (2 hours of care) for our older three kids (10, 7, 5), watching them on occasional days they are out of school (if available- not mandatory), and a plus if you are free for a date night once per month.

Our son is entering toddlerhood and is excited about everything. Our nanny of 4 years who has become a member of our family has to move for her family and we will miss her so! My husband and I have varied work schedules but we set our hours in advance. We generally need help on weekdays from early morning through dinner, but not always every day. Also, likely one weekend a month we both will work. Will need to do pick up from school some days, drop off at activities like swim lessons sometimes. We have 2 dogs as well so need to be comfortable with pets. We need someone to start full time in January - and our current nanny would love to be around for the transition for our kiddos.
