First time parents searching for nanny for 3 month old son in Charlottesville. Both parents work remotely and will be home during the day. Ideal candidate will have background in early childhood development, previous nanny experience (3-5 years at min), have own means of transportation, and be CPR/First Aid certified. We are looking for someone to foster a loving, nurturing and structured environment that will allow our son to learn, grow, explore and thrive.
Schedule TBD (Mom back to work soon and this will drive schedule), but most likely M-F 12/1PM-5/6PM.
While not mandatory, willingness to assist with light housework is a welcomed bonus.

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Gonnella Family with 1 Child
We are looking for a reliable, warm, and energetic nanny to care for our sweet daughter starting in September, when she will be 3 months old. I work from home (fully remote) in a separate workspace area. We also have a friendly, loving 1-year-old Golden Irish dog who is part of the family.
Key Responsibilities
Infant Care: feeding, routine nap placement, changing, tummy time, and engaging in age-appropriate developmental activities.
Pet Care: Taking our dog on one pleasant walk per day during your shift (great way to get fresh air with the stroller/baby!).
No driving required (no pickups or drop-offs needed).

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Reis Family with 2 Children
We’re looking for an afternoon nanny to help our family with school pick up, taking the kids to soccer practice, and engaging with them to keep them active, out of the house, and homework completed.
Days/hours include up to 3 days a week, 3 hours per day (9 hours per week), 3:30-6:30.
Must have a clean driving record. Because this position involves pickups and drop offs, we’ll reimburse gas expenses.

Full-Time Nanny Job: The Sajadi Family with 3 Children
We seek afternoon and evening help, starting around 1pm (though we can be flexible). Duties include picking up kids from school, assisting with homework and after school activities, help with dinner prep and light housekeeping. We have additional hours available, which we will offer you with a right of first refusal.
