My son likes video game, reading, math and computer games. They don’t have mayor issues beyond the typical brother and sister arguments, they are easily misdirected. Monday and Fridays are chill days. You’ll only be expected to cook breakfast, typically scrambled eggs or cereal. I’ll set have lunch and dinner ready, if they don’t want the lunch or dinner I make, they have been instructed to make themselves a sandwich, my daughter might need help. My daughter will be attending summer school for a two week, the bus will pick her up and drop her up. I prefer someone to watch them at my apartment. But I’m willing to make an exception for the right candidate.

I am fine with you sleeping, or doing whatever you like when he’s asleep, as long as you’re available to him if he wakes up. I am not comfortable with anyone else besides you coming over.
I am currently working mostly Friday, Saturday, Sunday nights, but I may be able to change these if I find the right person and other nights work better for you.
