Part-Time Nanny Job: The Bellows Family with 1 Child

We’re looking for a warm, reliable part-time nanny for our four-month-old daughter starting around June 1 in Fishtown. The schedule is Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 9:00–3:00, for 18 hours/week.

The role is focused on infant care: bottles, naps, diaper changes, tummy time, stroller walks, reading/singing, and simple play, with light baby-related tidying as time allows. We’d love someone with infant experience, strong references, and a calm, dependable personality.

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Maas Family with 2 Children

We are looking for a reliable and caring morning helper to take our 5-year-old and new kindergartner to school a few days each week (Monday, Tuesday, and/or Friday), starting with the new school year. We’re hoping to find someone long-term, and would also love the option for occasional, as-needed help over the summer.

We will typically need help 1–2 mornings per week, with a rotating schedule, and are happy to discuss guaranteed hours, flexible pay rates, and even contributing toward a monthly transit pass as a perk.

Details:

Hours are generally 7:00–9:00 AM
Occasionally (infrequently) an earlier 6:00 AM start may be needed, but this is flexible
Responsibilities include helping our child get ready and accompanying them on SEPTA to school (the walk to school is under a mile if needed)
I typically take my 3-year-old to preschool, but on rare occasions may ask for help with both children for drop-off—this would be very infrequent and compensated at a higher rate

Additional perks:

Opportunity for occasional weekend babysitting if interested
We have a friendly dog, so comfort with pets is important

We’re looking for someone dependable, kind, and great with young kids, and interested in a longer-term position. If this sounds like a good fit, we’d love to connect!

Live-In Full-Time Nanny Job: The Lugashi Family with 1 Child

Babysitter Job: The Brown Family with 1 Child

Hello! We have a 4-year old boy that’s very easy to please. We usually take him everywhere we go, and realized we haven’t been on a date in years. Because he’s always with us, he inherently has expensive taste. If it’s not cookies or ice cream, the alternative is calamari or lamb chops. You can get away with french fries though. It would be great to find someone flexible and trustworthy. Someone that genuinely has love for children and their development, patience for little people, morality and integrity ingrained in their personality, and examples of times they were responsible for big jobs. For the right person, I’m willing to negotiate price that makes them happy. The last thing I’ll share: just as we’re evaluating you, evaluate us. The environment and conditions you’ll be working; also if that person/family may be a good opportunity or resource for you as you advance in your career of choice. Thank you for the consideration!
