A little bit about us

I have three children: a newborn, a 2.5 year old, and a 4 year old. We have two small dogs. I am looking for a full time nanny to build a partnership and long lasting relationship with. I need assistance weekdays and 1-2 Saturdays per month. My daughter is in pre school currently and my son will be attending pre school in the fall. I need help with pick up/drop off. My daughter has high needs and I would like someone who is willing to be trained on caring for a high needs child or someone who has experience with special needs children. I am looking for someone who is patient, kind and compassionate, someone who is organized and structured, likes routine, but also can have fun with the children. I am looking for someone who is willing to do light house keeping- mostly cleaning up after the children and assisting with meals. Must have a car for pick up/drop off and helping drive for activities. I am looking for someone who has experience with multiple children and infants.
