It would be weekdays approx 8-4pm with flexibility as my husband works from home - you’ll barely see him he’ll be in office on the phone most of day (ie if you need to come late or leave early on days we can make it work.) We are seeking an organized, proactive, and gentle Household Manager & Family Assistant to serve as a core operational and organizational partner in our home. This is primarily a household management and systems-organization role (60%+ of the position) focused on domestic logistics, space organization, household resets, meal prep, and inventory management, combined with shared, warm childcare.
The ideal candidate brings deep organizational clarity during quiet household hours and transitions effortlessly into engaging, creative childcare alongside parents during afternoon routines. A family vehicle is provided for all kid transportation and household errands.
