Currently using a daycare but thinking about a nanny option instead until hes able to go to my older (toddler) sons daycare in June, as he’s still so little and I’d feel better with him having 1:1 care. It would be weekdays approx 8-4pm with flexibility as my husband works from home - you’ll barely see him he’ll be in office on the phone most of day (ie if you need to come late or leave early on days we can make it work.) Infant care would be the role! Feeding bottles, facilitating naps, play time (mostly just tummy time at the moment!) cuddles and walks etc.

Position Overview
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and gentle Household Manager & Family Assistant to serve as a core operational and organizational partner in our home. This is primarily a household management and systems-organization role (60%+ of the position) focused on domestic logistics, space organization, household resets, meal prep, and inventory management, combined with shared, warm childcare.
The ideal candidate brings deep organizational clarity during quiet household hours and transitions effortlessly into engaging, creative childcare alongside parents during afternoon routines. A family vehicle is provided for all kid transportation and household errands.
Above all, we want someone who takes pride in maintaining an organized, smoothly running home, loves being around children, embraces pets, and feels like a natural, trusted extension of our family.
