Full-Time Nanny Job: The Spencer Family with 4 Children
Nanny/Household Manager needed for a family starting in June/July. Must be comfortable around children, there are 4 kids in the home ages 0 and 4 (would be primary responsibility). And older children in school, aged 11 and 13. Ideal candidate is a team player, works well with existing team, and is comfortable in a busy home with visitors coming and going. No job is too small or outside the scope. Duties will include childcare, keeping home organized, managing home/car care, and researching/planning activities/trips for the family. Valid driver's license and passport are required. Must be following COVID-19 safety guidelines.
Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, with flexibility for date nights and some weekend shifts. Competitive compensation, commensurate with experience ($19 per hour and up). Benefits include paid holiday/vacation/sick days. Minimum 40-45 hours per week, and family is willing and able to offer more hours if candidate is interested. Long term position.
Non-exhaustive duties and responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain the health, safety, and well-being of the Children
Tend to the basic, daily needs of the Children, including, for example, meal planning and preparation, assisting Children with bathing, dressing, meal consumption, homework completion, doing Children’s laundry, and the like.
Planning and executing age-appropriate recreational activities, playdates, activities with friends,
Transporting Children and Family to and from daily activities and events, using employer-provided or personal vehicle.
Maintaining living areas of the home in clean and organized condition, including, for example, including organizing, tidying, light cleaning
Maintaining adequate inventory of household products, supplies, groceries etc., restocking as required
Manage regular shopping
Run errands as required
Light cooking and/or food prep is a plus

Looking for a summer nanny for 2 boys and a teen girl, we are looking for someone confident to supervise the children in our backyard pool in addition to some weekly fun excursions like the beach as well as transportation for my daughter to her summer employment.
