The Wright Family - Hiring in Wayland
The Wright Family
Wayland$28/hr  |  2 kids
We have two fun and loving boys who will be 10 months and 2.75 years in the fall. The toddler loves playing with his trucks, digging in the snow, and reading books. He goes to school in the morning after breakfast. The six month old is full of smiles and is always laughing. Both parents work and have hybrid work schedules with a couple of days in the office per week.

We are seeking a full-time nanny to work M-Th from 7:30am to 5:30pm, with option for overtime on Friday 8am-1pm (40-45 hours) as a long-term role (2+ years). We are looking for someone who has nanny experience taking care of both an infant and toddler. Reliability and the ability to juggle two sets of eating/napping schedules is key. Overall, we value a nanny who has great energy to keep up with our kids, is patient and understanding, and is creative in coming up with new playtime activities. We want someone who can engage with our children and stimulate them with age-appropriate activities indoors and outdoors. Excellent communication skills and fluent in English required.

Other responsibilities include helping with pick-up and drop-off at school for the toddler, light housework related to the kids (tidying toys and organizing kids’ areas, laundry, dishes/bottles), and food prep for the kids.

Additional Requirements:
- Prior childcare experience with infants and toddlers
- CPR and first aid certified
- Fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19, MMR/T-dap, and seasonal flu
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Non-smoker

Pay commensurate with background and prior experience.
