We are looking for someone to help us 8-2 Monday to Friday for the sweetest 2 year old, sports loving little boy. Some days we may ask you stay until 3 or 4. But 8-2 can be guaranteed hours. We pay every Friday via Zelle. We don't like to do payroll.
Household management will also be part of the role. I homeschool my child in a homeschool micro pod 2x a week, during those times household management would be the role. (9-11:30 Tu/Thurs). This includes: cleaning, meal prep, grocery unpacking (I am an avid instacart orderer). cleaning my son's sheets/room. laundry. organization. pantry organization. fridge organization.

Responsibilities include:
* Preparing and serving simple meals and snacks.
* Light housekeeping related to Alina, such as tidying up toys, cleaning up after meals, and keeping her play areas organized.
* Engaging her in fun, educational, and active play.
* Most importantly, ensuring her health, safety, and well-being at all times.

I am a single parent returning to the workforce soon. I have a 6 week old son who is the sweetest little baby and my entire world. I would prefer him to have individualized care over a daycare environment especially while he is still so young. I would like to find someone with adequate experience that is also trustworthy, patient and caring. My only expectation is that he is the focus as I am less concerned about household work or chores.
