We’re a warm, busy family looking for a long-term, caring babysitter/nanny to join us part-time (10-15 hours).
Ideal for college students back for the summer. Start would be end of May until Mid-July. Or this can extend ongoing past summer if you’re available, two weekdays 2p-7p.
What we value:
• A calm, steady but fun presence for our kids, who are adjusting to a rigorous school and thrive with fun and balance at home. Must be a non-smoker.
• Professionalism and a peaceful, structured, yet fun environment. We model, practice and value emotional regulation and want someone engaged and phone-free.
• Adaptability to our parenting style, with warmth, consistency, and reliability. We practice gentle discipline (no time-outs or raised voices) and guide our children through natural consequences or loss of privileges, helping them learn while feeling supported and respected.
• Compassion and patience, with the ability to create meaningful memories and share life lessons.
Schedule options:
1. About 3-4 days/week, flexible.
•Weekends: 8a-11a or 3-6p, Monday, Wednesday or Friday: 3-6p
• Light household support (laundry, dishes, toys) or walking our sweet 20lb mini goldendoodle.
Responsibilities:
• Engaging the kids in activities that balance structure with play. Open to adventures outside of the home (where you take the kids somewhere)
• Preparing simple meals.
• Tidying after the kids, and helping with laundry/dishes during longer shifts.
• Being a nurturing, dependable presence who is fair and fun.
If you love kids, enjoy being part of a lively, happy household, and have experience creating a positive, structured environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Looking forward to connecting,
Monica

My name is Tiarra, and I have a one-year-old son. We’re currently looking for a nanny who can lend a hand around the house and occasionally help with our baby.
The role includes light housekeeping, caring for our two cats, meal prep, occasional grocery or household shopping, laundry, and similar tasks.
We’re hoping to have someone come on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9 AM to 2 PM.
We’ll be traveling to Europe from mid-June to mid-July, but if it’s a good fit, we’d love to continue working together when we return.
We're looking for someone who is tidy, organized, respectful of our space, and attentive—especially when caring for our baby (not on the phone). A kind and trustworthy nature is really important to us.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
