Charlotte will be in kindergarten and going to an after school program on Tuesday and Thursday until 6pm and Grant will be in school those days from 8am-1pm. A Lexington family is looking for a detail-oriented nanny and mother’s helper to begin asap in July. The role is to help the mother or partner with another nanny in caring for the ~2-year quadruplet toddlers and help with some household tasks such as light meal-prep, cleaning up after mealtime, etc. You will be working in collaboration with the mother for most of the time, or with another nanny for some portion of the time - so effectively you will be caring for 2 children at any point in time.
The time with the toddlers will include helping the mother during snacktime, dinnertime, playtime (outdoors or indoors) and supporting bathtime. The other activities around the house will include cleaning up after dinner, loading/unloading dishwasher, preparing milk bottles, etc.
We have 3 positions open:
Position 1: The schedule for this position is M-Fri 7:00am-4:00/4:15pm for a guarantee of 40 hours/week. Ideally someone who may have some flexibility weekends if needed. There is some flexibility on the days of the week.
Position 2: The schedule for this position is Fri-Sun 12:00pm-9:00/9:15pm for a guarantee of 25 hours/week. There is some flexibility on the days of the week.
Position 3: The schedule for this position is Fri-Sun 7:00am-4:00/4:15pm for a guarantee of 25 hours/week. There is some flexibility on the days of the week.
Schedule will be flexible for the right candidate, and we will be open to discussing different options for the days of the week.
The toddlers are truly a joy to spend time with! Maintaining their schedule and helping with developmentally appropriate activities is important. We are seeking someone who is kind, warm, flexible to help around and will connect with the children. Experience with toddlers is a must; experience with multiples a plus. Maintaining good, clear communication, teamwork with another nanny and bringing a positive energy is key.

Hello! Our family is looking for a regular sitter/nanny for our 3-year old daughter after camp this summer M-F about 2:30 -5:15pm. In the short term, we're also looking for baby sitting. We are looking for a warm and structured childcare professional who can multitask and communicate well. Our ideal sitter is a partner who can accept feedback and is proactive. Knowledge and experience with children diagnosed with anxiety, ADHD, and autism are required.
The position involves working weekday afternoon/evenings from approximately 12:30 to 8:30.
Responsibilities include helping with meal prep, errands, homework support, driving children to activities/social events, and connecting with the kids (without screens).
We welcome messages from patient and fun sitters with lots of experience with multiple teenagers who have special needs.
