Looking for help beginning in August for my (then) 3 month old daughter. I work from home so I am a bit flexible and open to discussing your preferred schedule. Would love help a few hours a day Monday - Friday. Also open to occasional babysitting on the weekends here and there.

We have a 13 year old son who is very active - loves adventures. He has some medical and visual challenges- size and cognitively he is more like a 6 year old. We are seeking general help while at home outside of school and on the weekends. Imagery play is a must, love to engage other kids as his social development is important to us, basic household chores and errands to support him. Safe car and clean driving record.

We are moving to Cinci in the coming months and are looking for a part time nanny to help us with our 6 month old baby. She is truly a dream and is sweet as can be. Schedule would be part time, about 25 hours a week. Mom works from home but has been a nanny in the past and understands the importance of healthy boundaries. We really need someone who can keep open lines of communication and is flexible to our requests as our baby changes, grows, and develops. Experience with infants is a must. Light housekeeping preferred. We have a small French bulldog, so comfort around dogs is also a must. We are a warm, loving, and empathetic family who loves to spend time outside and keep things as low key as possible. Structure is really important to us now that we have a baby, but we want to always keep room for spontaneity too! We are really seeking someone who aligns with our values and is open to change and flexibility on the job. Looking for someone to drive my son to boxing 2-3 days a week depending on how my shifts land. I am a firefighter and I work 24hr on and 48hr off. So the schedule will change, but I know my work schedule a few months out. We live in Anderson and he will be boxing in the city.
