Part-Time Nanny Job: The Snyder Family with 1 Child
Looking for Infant-Qualified Nanny (~25 hours/week, 2-3 weeks/month)
We are first-time parents with an almost 5-month-old baby boy and 10-year-old pup!
We are seeking a dog-lover with strong infant experience to help take care of our little loves!
We want someone who is nurturing, calm, engaging, playful, and comfortable caring for a younger baby and who has experience with dogs too! It is important to us that this individual is warm, communicative, honest, and willing to be an extension of our family. As first-time parents, we are also hoping the nanny will also be able to teach us things about infants we may not know!
Location: Midtown Phoenix
Pay: $20-25/hour
Schedule: Varies, but typically:
- Tuesdays 12-7p, Wednesdays 9a-6p, Thursdays 10-6p
- Additional hours would be available for early mornings, date nights (until 10-11pm), and some Fridays (around 10a-3pm, but flexible)
- Note: We will be traveling ~1.5 week/month during the summer to escape the heat and visit family
Employment period: June-September, with possibility for extension
- We were part of an au pair program, but realized we wanted someone with more experience to be with our infant. If it is a good fit, we may continue working with the nanny we hire either part- or full-time
Responsibilities:
- Baby-related household tasks: laundry, sterilizer/washing, tidying, etc.
- Bottle feeding, tummy time, naps, age-appropriate developmental activities, helping introduce solid foods
- Taking dog to the park in the middle of the day (must be a good driver and experience with dogs)
- Some household tasks, such as folding laundry and tidying the kitchen and living room area
Musts:
- Infant experience with at least three references
- Pass a background check
- CPR and first-aid certified (or willing to receive for infants)
- Comfortable with a breastfeeding mom
- Good driving record

Full-Time Nanny Job: The Collicott Family with 2 Children
We are a warm, professional family in Ahwatukee seeking a reliable, experienced nanny to care for our toddler and soon to be newborn, with the opportunity to grow into a long-term role. Reliability and consistency are our top priorities.
Both parents work from home in demanding roles, and we are looking for someone who takes punctuality, communication, and follow-through seriously. We can guarantee 30 hours a week and will typically need 40 hours. Our schedule varies but is usually around 6:30am-2:30pm Monday through Friday.

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Prescott Family with 3 Children
We are a growing family with three kiddoes (currently) ages four, two, and two months. We would love to develop a relationship with a few great babysitters who can range from our primary sitter to occasional or backup help, as our schedule varies and isn't always feasible for one sitter. Most of our childcare needs range from 7:30 pm and onward, and some weekends, although about twice a month I am in need of a morning sitter as well. A polyglot who is well-versed in Spanish and Hebrew would be appreciated, but is not a requirement for hire. We love reading, playing, climbing, exploring, and learning new challenges. Our sitters are encouraged to do the same, and while we do not require a certain experience level, we do expect that there is a desire to learn and grow each day.

Full-Time Nanny Job: The Lam Family with 1 Child
We’re expecting a little girl in March! My husband and I both work from home right now but will need care for her when we are back from maternity/paternity leave. We’ll likely only need support 4 days a week since my husband works a 4x10 shift which frees him up one day during the week. She’ll be little so need for pick ups or drop offs.
