Looking for part-time/occasional sitters for my 3 month old daughter.
The only tasks required are those directly related to the baby- making bottles, changing diapers, and playtime! No housework or petcare, etc required.
Most hours I would ask for would be daytime hours while I work from home (in a separate room, I do not need to nor would I intend to interrupt while you have the baby. I fully understand how upsetting and disruptive parental interruptions can be when babies are with caregivers!)
Occasionally I may need help with overnight care (approx 9pm-7am) but this would not be required.
Additionally, I work on call, so short notice availability is appreciated. (But again, not required. I would reach out if needed but you would not be penalized for saying no!)
Bonus points if you are familiar with paced bottle feeding and cloth diapers. (If not, I will teach you!)

Experience: the ideal provider should have previous experience with toddler childcare, behavior and development. They must be experienced with developing, structuring and implementing developmentally appropriate activities to help reach milestones and address age-appropriate needs. This includes daily time outside in all seasons.
Qualities: Must be organized, detail oriented, and be able to implement direction and feedback openly and quickly. Must be an effective and open communicator.
Attributes: Must be loving, caring and compassionate, and have a passion for learning and development.
We are a very well organized family that keeps a very clean home and expect our nanny to follow our household norms.
Must be a non-smoker. We are also a scent free home (no perfume or strong beauty products).
Up to date / current CPR certifications are required.
Background and DMV check required.
