We have baby Conor coming in June. We are possibly looking for a nanny share some time in August/September. My wife and I are an outdoorsy family when we have time on the weekend. The Nashville day care center is crazy so we are just making sure we have a backup plan! Our needs would be a full time nanny from roughly 8:00 - 4:30
