This job requires someone with a flexible schedule, as I am an RN and my schedule will change (there will be plenty of notice). If morning care is required, that would entail coming to my home at 5:45am. The main focus will be getting the kids up for school, making sure they’re ready, and getting them to school.
My daughter is 13, so she is pretty self sufficient! She will just need someone to wake her up and make sure she gets out the door on time to walk to school. My son however is only 5, so he will need help getting dressed, eating breakfast, getting his things together and then he will need to be driven to his school. His school is only about a mile and a half away from our home in the same neighborhood we live in.

The main responsibilities we are hoping to fulfill are feeding (as well as prepping baby's meals), changing, bathing, napping, and developmental/outdoor activities.
For now we are looking for a two month arrangement with the possibility of extending it further.
