We are seeking a caring and reliable nanny to provide attentive care for our baby. Responsibilities include feeding (bottle feeding age-appropriate solids), engaging in age-appropriate playtime and developmental activities, putting the baby down for naps, ensuring a safe nurturing environment. Additional duties include washing and folding babys laundry, keeping the babys play area clean and sanitizing toys. Infant CPR/First Aid certification preffered. Prior infant care experience needed. Non-smoker and dependable. The job starts on January 26, 2026, but we can be flexible with the start date. One of us was a Montessori/ reggio emilia preschool teacher and REI based infant Nanny and Doula prior to becoming a nurse. Quality early childhood education and care for our sweet little one is incredibly important to us.

We both work 12 hour shifts in a hospital downtown. One of us works weekends from 7a-7p and the other works 7p-7:30am for three random shifts a week with classes 7a-5p on Thursdays at UW. I foresee us needing someone available early mornings to late nights, as well as weekends a few days a week.
