Babysitter Job: The McLaurin Family with 1 Child
Good day!
I am an active-duty military member looking for a reliable, part-time nanny for my 4-year-old son.
I will need care on an alternating, bi-weekly basis. This means care is needed every other week, Monday through Friday.
My son attends Pre-K in Virginia Beach. The daily schedule for my custody weeks will look like this:
• Morning: Arrive at the house at a mutually agreed time and drop him off at Pre-K at 08:50 AM.
• Mid-Day to Afternoon: Pick him up from Pre-K at 12:00 PM and care for him at my home until I arrive home at 4:00 PM.
Job Details & Requirements:
• Hourly Rate: $18 - $20 per hour
• Meal Preparation: Prepare a simple lunch after school pickup
• Light Housekeeping: Wash school lunch dishes and at-home lunch dishes
• Certifications: Must be CPR and First Aid certified
• Screening: Background check, drug screening, and a DMV record check are required due to the driving requirement
• References: Please provide 2 to 3 professional childcare references
• Pets: No pets

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Mize Family with 1 Child
I’m looking for someone to come on Thursdays and Fridays every week, and some Saturdays when my husband is traveling. Hours would be roughly 9-5 during the summer, reducing to 2:30-5 when school starts again. Our daughter is spunky, sweet, and loves playing outside with neighborhood friends and going on outings to the library and park. Very light housekeeping and occasional meal prep may be required.
