Part-Time Nanny / Family Assistant — Lakewood, CO (Denver Area)
Hours: ~20 hours/week, Monday–Friday afternoons

We're a family of two adults and one school-age child in Lakewood looking for a reliable, warm, and self-directed nanny to join us part-time. This role is afternoon-focused and blends school pickup, light household support, and occasional transportation help for a busy household.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 3:30–7:30 PM. Hours are consistent week to week. Occasional flexibility appreciated but not required.
What you'll do
Your primary responsibility is school pickup Monday through Friday — one standard car pickup and one bus stop pickup on Fridays. After pickup, you'll manage the after-school window: snack, homework supervision, and keeping things running smoothly until a parent is home.
The earlier part of each shift (before pickup) is for light cleaning, tidying, laundry, and occasional grocery runs or meal prep. From time to time, we may also ask for help with transportation for my wife (errands, appointments, etc.).
What we're looking for
Someone dependable above all else — the pickups are time-sensitive and we need to count on you. Beyond that: comfortable driving (a clean record is required), at ease in a household with a dog, able to cook simple weeknight meals or do dinner prep, and self-sufficient enough to manage their time without a lot of direction.
Experience with school-age children is important. Prior experience as a nanny or family assistant is preferred.
Requirements
Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Reliable personal vehicle.
We'll be upfront about what we need and we expect the same in return. Henry, our Cavapoo, is friendly and well-behaved. We're looking for someone who can grow with the family long-term.

Looking for another family to share our Nanny 32-40 hours/week with. We live in the Lakewood (Green Mountain), CO area and have a 18 month girl. She is currently taking 1 nap a day and would prefer another child to be close in age and sleep schedule.
Open to hosting or cohosting. We have a 70lb. loving mutt and a cat we seldom see. We are a non smoking family and do not allow screens...unless it's to FT the Grandparents!
The primary responsibilities for our Nanny are:
-the care for our little girl, including feeding/meal prep, diaper changes, play time, and nap routines
-Plan and engage in age appropriate developmental activities
-Maintaining a consistent schedule to support growth and development
-Making outside play a priority
-Help with laundry, cleaning up after her meals, and other light housework like unloading the dishwasher.

I’m looking for a summer nanny for my kiddos, ages 7 and 4 (both with summer birthdays, entering kindergarten and third grade next year). We are looking for 3 days/week (likely Tuesday-Thursday, 8:30-4:30), and a friend’s 7 year-old may be interested in joining as well. While we are looking for the majority of the summer to be covered, we have some flexibility. We are located in the Green Mountain/Lakewood area. We are looking to pay $25-28/hour, depending on experience, though rates would change (pay would increase) if a third kid were added to the mix.
We do have a dog in the home FYI - a sweet older border collie mix. And overall, I think we’re a fun family and my kids are pretty awesome. Would love to connect and chat more to see if anyone might be a good fit!
