First time parents searching for nanny for 3 month old son in Charlottesville. Both parents work remotely and will be home during the day. Ideal candidate will have background in early childhood development, previous nanny experience (3-5 years at min), have own means of transportation, and be CPR/First Aid certified. I'd be thrilled with someone who could be here in the afternoons and early evenings, say 2pm-7pm each weekday, maybe some weekend evenings, and who has some flexibility in case I am traveling to add morning school drop off hours as well.
