I’m an executive with a regional nonprofit. My wife is a nursing school student. Our daughter is a true joy, and generally always happy. Happy to base a nanny share out of our home, to split time or would consider basing out of someone else’s house. Would generally need help M-F. I usually telework 1 day a week, and my wife’s class schedule has her home part time during the day.

CPR/first aid certification is also required. Hours will be between 9am 3pm most days of the week (but usually more like 11am-3pm) We both work from home (in our own offices) and I plan to continue breastfeeding every few hours. (Our daughter will take a bottle if something comes up.) It is very important to us that her nanny is engaging and interactive. We don’t allow much screen time during the day, but she has tons of toys etc. We also have a rescue dog and cat. Our nanny won’t really need to do pet care, but notifying for allergy purposes and so that applicants are comfortable. We really want someone who is willing to work with us and allow us to see our daughter briefly throughout the day. She generally has no problem when we leave or with sitters. Hoping to find a great match! We are offering competitive pay, guaranteed hours/pay and PTO (with notice)
