Part-Time Nanny Job: The El-Yashruti Family with 1 Child

We’re looking for a caring, dependable nanny for our wonderful 5-month- old daughter. She’s a true joy— curious, happy, snuggly, and easy-going (except when the fomo kicks in at nap time!). We’re hoping to find someone for a long-term position (ideally until she starts preschool) for 15–20 guaranteed hours per week on a consistent schedule. The specific days and hours are somewhat flexible (preferably a mix of morning/afternoon spread across 4 or 5 days M-F); the exact schedule will be determined with the right candidate.

One parent will usually be working from home (though not always), so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable working independently while a parent is elsewhere in the home.

We’re looking for someone who values responsive, attuned caregiving and enjoys engaging infants through conversation, play, reading, music, movement, outdoor time, and other age-appropriate activities in a screen-free environment.

**Responsibilities:**

- Loving, attentive care for our daughter
- Age-appropriate play and developmental enrichment
- Feeding, diapering, naps, and maintaining her routine
- Light baby-related tasks optional (baby laundry, bottles, tidying toys)

**Qualifications:**

- Infant care experience
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
- Non-smoker
- Up-to-date vaccinations
- Excellent references
- Comfortable around our friendly medium-sized dog

**Details:**

- Start: ASAP
- Pay: $25–35/hour, depending on experience and responsibilities
- Payroll (W-2) position with guaranteed hours; PTO and other benefits to be discussed

If this sounds like a good fit, we’d love to hear from you! Please send us a little about yourself, your experience, and your availability.

Full-Time Nanny Job: The Mumford Family with 1 Child

We have an 8 month old boy named Connor. He is a sweet little boy. He likes people and likes to play. We have him in daycare, but they cancel routinely and he has been getting sick routinely as well so we considering a nanny as an alternative.

We live in South Boston, have parking, and are very close to Castle Island, Carson Beach, and Medal of honor park which is ideal for nice walks. We have a two bedroom apartment, its small, but the second bedroom is the nursey / play area.

Ideally, we liked someone who can change him, bottle feed him, take him on walks, get him down for naps, and read/ play/ help him with basic development.

He can get a little fussy and resist naps at times.

We are open to sharing a nanny with another child in South Boston, but of course that would depend on the circumstances.

Feel free to reachout with any questions.

Thanks

Full-Time Nanny Job: The Newcomb Carter Family with 1 Child

Hi 👋 Our son Tony is 5 years old and chalked full of energy and curiosity. He enjoys playing with his truck, cooking with dad and doing arts and crafts with mom. Tony is an easy going guy but, like any 5 year old has his moments of frustrations . While we think he is perfect just the way he is, he is for the most part non-verbal and communicates with a pec system or actions which makes caring for him different. He is an incredibly smart kid as well as very self sufficient, and even with his delay he is a very easy kid to care for. We really could go on and on about him. As for us, we are both in the hospitality industry and are very busy. We as a family are very easy going but do stress the importance of communication and loving our child like we do. This role would start August 6th as a full time(5 days a week with a guarantee of Mondays off ) role until the school year starts. We would then pair back to after school care. We look forward to speaking/meeting with you in the future

-Marcus, Kelsey and Tony
