A little bit about us

We are two families looking for a part time reliable nanny for three days a week. I own Daycares and preschools in Belmont and Lexington area. As an owner of the daycare I understand how challenging but rewarding this job can be. It takes a special person to take care of other people's children with love and compassion. Also, both me and my friend (the other family) has older children so we are not first time parents. We are pretty laid back.

We are looking for a loving, engaging, and reliable nanny for Wednesdays, as well as for other occasional days and date nights etc., as needed. We are looking for someone who, ideally, will be with us long term! Our youngest (currently 9 months) will need care for the entire day. He is an extremely happy baby, fully crawling, and loves nothing more than to practice standing and eating! Our oldest (turning 4) will attend preschool in the morning and will need to be picked up and cared for in the afternoon. He loves anything cars & trucks, his little brother, and can play for hours. He has a great sense of humor and a sweet, sensitive side - and, at times thinks he is the boss! Our ideal nanny will be comfortable with setting boundaries when necessary and help our boys continue to learn to be kind, good humans. Preparing meals/snacks for the kids and light clean up after them while present is expected.
