We’re looking for a highly experienced, nurturing, and proactive Nanny / Family Assistant for our son, who will turn 4 in January. We’re located in Duluth, GA, and are specifically seeking someone interested in a long-term commitment, ideally for several years, rather than a temporary or one-year position.
Schedule: Monday–Friday,[phone number hidden] PM, with occasional extended Friday evenings and weekend availability.
Experience is extremely important to us. Our ideal candidate has several years of professional childcare experience, preferably with a background in early childhood education, preschool teaching, or Montessori learning. We’re looking for someone who understands child development, can provide structure, reinforce early learning skills, encourage independence, and support positive behavior through consistent routines and age-appropriate activities.
Beyond childcare, we’d love someone who can function as a Family Assistant / Household Manager, helping with meal planning and preparation, grocery shopping, light errands, laundry for both parent and child, organizing our son’s spaces, and proactively monitoring household supplies. The role may also include driving our son to activities during the week.
A valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, safe driving record, and excellent professional references are required.

We’re looking for a warm, energetic, creative, and reliable nanny to care for our baby and help with light household tasks.
We want someone who enjoys playing, exploring, and trying new activities. Our baby can be slow to warm up to new people, so we need someone patient who enjoys building trust and making her feel safe and happy.

I'm looking for a part-time nanny for our 7-month-old son. This person would be responsible for actively engaging with our son while he's awake, feeding him, changing him and putting him to sleep. Also picking up after him and cleaning bottles+feeding utensils. My husband and I work from home so we would be around. We have 4 friendly cats. We would like someone for Wed, Thu and Fri for about 5-6 hours a day. The starting/ending time daily is flexible, but ideally in the 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. range.
