Requirements //
1. Must be cpr certified.
2. First aid training
3. Own transportation << valid DL & insurance
4. Experience dealing with children who have disability (my oldest son has autism)
5. Non-smoker
6. Must be 18+
7. Must be comfortable with background check.
8. At least 3 references
9. 1 child minimum as my oldest require a lot of attention due to disability.
10. Be able to work full shift with no accommodations.
If you’re still interested, here’s a little about us. We are a family of 4. We have been in douglasville for 2 years. Our home is pet and smoke free. We have a security system with cameras inside and outside of home for your safety as well as ours. My boys are ages 3yrs and 1yr old. My 3 year old has autism. He loves puzzles, building blocks, and counting on his fingers. My 1yr old is curious about everything that move in his line of vision. Both kids love the outdoors and water.
Rules //
1. Absolutely NO visitors!
2. No physical discipline to either child!
That’s it. That’s my two rules. Lol.
Daily Duties //
1. Breakfast, Lunch, & snacks throughout day.
(Food will be provided, of course)
2. Outdoor time. (If weather permits)
3. Educational activities (fun as well)
4. Diaper change / potty training (neither is potty trained so I’ll need help with that as we’re trying to train my 3yr old)
5. Washing dishes that was messed up during breakfast or lunch. & Cleaning play area before shift is over.
Hours is full time // 7:30am - 4:30pm
Days // Monday-Friday
**as stated we are looking for a long term nanny so an occasional Saturday once a month may be required for date nights**
Payment can be negotiated based on experience.
