A little bit about us
We are a warm, intentional family recently settled in Tyrone, GA, seeking a long-term partner for our two young daughters. We strive to create a calm, structured, and engaged environment and value a caregiver who naturally aligns with this philosophy. We are looking for someone who takes pride in creating a peaceful, nurturing space and who views their role as an essential part of our family team.
The Role & Schedule
• Core Hours: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
• House Management (2pm–4pm): The first two hours are dedicated to a “house reset”—proactive tidying, organizing, laundry, running local errands, and meal prep to ensure a smooth transition into the evening.
• Engaged Care (4pm–8pm): School pickups followed by attentive, screen-free childcare, structured play, and a consistent bedtime routine.
• Flexibility: We travel periodically for business and require a partner with flexibility for occasional overnight support (approx. once per month) and the opportunity to join us on family trips.
Our Ideal Candidate
You are a “step-in” professional who is proactive, emotionally aware, and experienced with toddlers. We value presence and consistency over passive caregiving. You are someone who sees what needs to be done—whether it’s resetting the kitchen or guiding a learning moment—and takes ownership with care and professionalism.
Position Details
• Commitment: Long-term (12 months+).
• Start Date: Mid-July.
• Compensation: Competitive package based on experience and flexibility. Potential for PTO and yearly bonuses for the right long-term fit.
• Process: Initial interviews via phone/video, with in-person meetings in early July.
