We are a warm, intentional family recently settled in Tyrone, GA, seeking a long-term partner for our two young daughters. We strive to create a calm, structured, and engaged environment and value a caregiver who naturally aligns with this philosophy. The Role & Schedule
• Core Hours: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
• House Management (2pm–4pm): The first two hours are dedicated to a “house reset”—proactive tidying, organizing, laundry, running local errands, and meal prep to ensure a smooth transition into the evening.
• Engaged Care (4pm–8pm): School pickups followed by attentive, screen-free childcare, structured play, and a consistent bedtime routine.
• Flexibility: We travel periodically for business and require a partner with flexibility for occasional overnight support (approx. once per month) and the opportunity to join us on family trips.

My wife and I both work from home so would be available if needed but we have an adorable 2.5 yr old boy who loves to play! Moving into a new role for work i can no longer watch him while I work so we need another set of hands. We are VERY covid and all things cautious so please be open to removing shoes while inside, frequent hand washing and staying home when your exposed to or having any sick symptons.
My wife works 6am-4:30pm Tues-Friday
I work 8am-4pm Mon. -Friday
Our son is typically up at 7am, and naps from 12:30-2ish.
Weekly schedule would be
Monday 8am-12:30(whenever he lays down for nap)
Tue-Fri. 8am-4pm
** however, looking into daycare morning options for him to have social interactions a few days a week so could be more Monday 7:30am- 12:30 and Tue- Fri. 1pm-5pm
All government Holidays observed would of course be off! And of course flexible for time off you may need.

I’m a business owner who works an irregular schedule. We need a sitter from 7:30 - 3:30 on days that I am working. I typically work at least 2 days a week, but sometimes need a sitter as many as 5 days a week. Primarily we need care for our 3 year old son, but our (mostly self sufficient) 8 year old will arrive home from school at 2:30, and the older kids will get home to relieve the sitter at 3:30. I am open to nanny share, but do prefer that the kids to stay at my house in that case. Be advised, we have a large dog who will need to be introduced prior to your first day. Drivers license and reliable transportation is a must.
