Part-Time Nanny Job: The Cento Family with 1 Child
Seeking a compassionate caregiver for my sweet 12-year-old son with severe autism.
This is a part-time position with a minimum of 18 hours per week (6-hour shifts). Preferred days are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, along with occasional “date nights,” though additional hours may be available and flexibility is possible for the right fit.
He is a joyful, bright, and affectionate child with a love of reading and spelling, foreign languages, and music. While he is verbal and communicates in his own unique way, he does require constant supervision. The primary focus of this role is supporting him in developing life skills that encourage greater independence.
We are looking for someone who hopes to become part of our family and build a long-term relationship. Patience, warmth, reliability, and a genuine love for children are essential, as he thrives on routine and takes time to feel comfortable with new people.
This is a deeply rewarding opportunity for the right person. Applicants must be comfortable working through our respite care provider. Experience with autism or special needs is preferred, but not required for the right person.
Located in South Broad Ripple.

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Schlegel Family with 1 Child
Hi! I have a 5 month old baby girl and I am a first time mom. I want to start back up with online classes to finish my degree but I do not have time to do that with the baby. I would like someone to watch the baby about three afternoons a week so I can get some schoolwork done. I wouldn’t mind meal prepping dinner either! I do have an elderly dog so I wouldn’t mind someone who is okay with animals. I am particularly concerned that I would have someone that I could trust with the baby. I am always concerned about making sure she is safe and will not experience any type of abuse in any form. I am focused on creating secure attachment and gentle but assertive parenting. Not permissive but gentle.
Part-Time Nanny Job: The Penzenik Family with 2 Children
Looking for a nanny for my two year old and two month old for roughly 18 hours a week. I am a nurse and work three days a week plus an occasional few hours here and there for training classes. My husband will be working second shift and the days I work, I need someone to cover the hours when he leaves until I come home. Around 2 pm to 8 pm. My days a week will vary. Light cleaning and cooking for my toddler would be very much appreciated.
